Swing!

Bryce played his very FIRST T-ball game last night! He was so excited, but gets bored if the ball doesn't come his way. It is quite comical to watch these little ones play. The runners run after their own balls, run to the wrong base, or simply just stand there! Bryce was very disappointed that they don't keep score.
Lane's team is off to a fabulous start, they are 5-0!

Waiting on first

Bored waiting for a play on third!

This is cooking in my oven as I type. I was hungry for banana bread and just so happened to have 2 very ripe bananas in the fridge! I can't wait to have a piece with butter on it, right out of the oven!

Life on a Saturday

Saturdays are busy around our house between baseball practice, home improvement projects, and now landscaping. Last weekend Bryce and I made a trip to the nursery and he helped pick out some potting plants. I looked for bushes and trees to landscape our front yard. Today we are beginning the "big" project, 24 bushes to plant today and more later this week. The rain is coming so hopefully we will get it all accomplished before it hits! We have lived in our house for over 4 years and it is about time we landscaped the front yard. The back yard looks lovely already, so I am anxious to put the finishing touches on the front. Pictures to come later when it is complete. Have a wonderful weekend! The plants Bryce picked out and helped me plant last Saturday. He loved the Snap Dragons!

A boy and his dog sitting on daddy's trailer! He was even singing to Buster, so sweet!!

Baseball Opener!!

Tonight was Lane's first ever baseball game! His team won 9-6!! He hit a double and ran in for the 5th score! I wasn't ready for the hit, but caught him running in to home! I spent so much time hollering, too much longer and I wouldn't have much of a voice left!! So much fun!

Ready on third!

Heading to home!

Spring Break!

We spent a long weekend with Grandma and Grandpa last week. Grandpa took the boys and went to the park and Mom and I enjoyed a little shopping. The boys enjoyed all the goodies G and G had for them. They know when they go to G and G's house that they always get "presents". Nothing like a G and G to kids!! The boys enjoyed dyeing eggs and hunting for them too! Thanks G and G for a great time.

Having a Ball!

During spring break I finally got this gigantic ball blown up. Thank goodness for an air compressor, with all of it's 14 chambers I would have passed out before ever finishing! It is large enough that they can get inside and roll around, like a big hamster wheel. They played for hours! Notice Buster in several of the pictures, he was quite curious of this rolling object!

Both of them inside the ball.
